Sloomoo Slime Brand Ambassador Terms & Conditions Agreement
A. Ambassador Participation
By submitting the ambassador application form, I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:
By participating in the Sloomoo Slime Brand Ambassador Program, I agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If I am under the age of 18, I must obtain parental or guardian consent to participate in the Program. By participating, I affirm that I have obtained such consent.
Parents or guardians of participants under 18 should be actively involved in their child's participation in the Program. They are responsible for overseeing their child's online activities, ensuring the content is appropriate, and addressing any concerns. Participants and their parents or guardians agree to indemnify and hold Sloomoo harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation in the Program.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I am taking full responsibility for my online activity, parental consent for participation and deem Sloomoo as not liable should any of this information and consent be false.
I am not an employee, agent, franchise, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
B. Ambassador Commitments
I will promote and market Sloomoo products to customers, following the below guidelines to the best of my ability:
Share brand messages on social networks.
Receive new products and provide photo or video content for promotional, social, or catalog use.
Share on-brand content using our brand hashtags: #slimerecess, #sloomooslime, #sloomooambassador.
Maintain Sloomoo’s high standard quality for content: messaging and visuals.
Participants must create and share content that is positive, respectful, and aligned with the values of Sloomoo. Content should not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material. All content must comply with the terms of the social media platform being used.
C. Ambassador Consensus
When using hashtag tagging #SloomooAmbassador or tagging @SloomooSlime or @SloomooInstitute, Sloomoo will own the rights to use the image for email marketing, ads, or website content.
I will not share confidential information, including product launch details, product images, or ambassador materials
I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.
If orders are submitted without using my affiliate code, these orders will not be credited to my account. No cash compensation will be provided by the company. Only one affiliate code can be applied per order.
I will not sell company products on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments without the consent and signed contract with the Sloomoo Team.
I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
I will promote Sloomoo products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed.
I will not refer to posts, gifted products, etc. as paid sponsorships, or advertisements. Gifted products are to be referred to as gifted and my status as a #sloomooambassador is to be disclosed.
I will post as often as I would like on my social media accounts and tag #SloomooAmbassador, #SloomooSlime, in each post that relates to Sloomoo products, unboxings and testimonials. I understand that I have permission to repost an existing post by Sloomoo as long as I tag @SloomooSlime upon publishing the post. However, I understand that I can not use any other content than my own to earn points.
I will not speak negatively about the brand or those you work with publicly. Please reach out to Sloomoo first with any issues or concerns.
I will treat other Slime Recess Brand Ambassadors with kindness and respect, especially in community chats. Sloomoo does not tolerate bullying or negativity under any circumstances.
I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit all access effective immediately.
If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program, any photos sent to Sloomoo will remain in their database to use on their social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
If the company terminates the Brand Ambassador program, I have the right to request any outstanding rewards from the month prior.
I must be an *active* Brand Ambassador to remain in the program.
I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
I have read and agree to these terms.

D. Sloomoo Commitments
Sloomoo understands and agrees:
Company will give the Brand Ambassador their own unique referral code. For every time the code is used during a sale, the Brand Ambassador will receive 20 reward points. Once they hit 100 points, the Brand Ambassador will be able to redeem it for $10 SlooCash that can be used as credit on SloomooSlime.com
Company will provide one free welcome gift upon entering the program. The welcome gift is chosen by the brand and varies by month. The Company is not responsible or required to provide additional products or gifts.
Company may provide additional reward points / product awards to top performing Brand Ambassadors at its discretion.
If the company terminates the program, the company must provide 15 days written notice to all Brand Ambassadors prior to the termination date and have all outstanding rewards complete by termination date.
The Company will retain the rights to use any photos they send us or tag us in, even if the Brand Ambassador exits the program.
The Company agrees to adhere to the Company’s terms and conditions.
The Company has the right to remove an ambassador at any time without notice and at the discretion of the Company. Rewards or points earned will not be returned to ambassadors who are removed from the program.
E. General
Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice. The notice may be via email.
Sloomoo may alter or discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.
